p.1 #1 · What was that noise, Mom?

You will please forgive the man-made cage appearing in the shots but these are from the Waco Zoo Sumatran tiger exhibit. Apparently, someone was mucking out their sleeping quarters and made a noise that caught the immediate attention of Mom and the kids. Just goes to show that you can take the cat outa the jungle but not vice-versa.

For most of us zoos are the only place to see tigers, and they are so magnificent that we all should see them. True, the cage is apparent, but the expressions on their faces make me forget about the cage.

Charlie, one of the nicest things about the Waco Zoo is its' relative proximity to home. I will definitely be making more visits to try to get better captures of these gorgeous cats.
