p.1 #1 · 800e file download problem

I took some photos over the weekend with my D800e. When I got home, I put the card into the reader and low and behold, no files show up! The reader is recognized by the computer and the DCIM Folder is there, but no files.

I tried this on three different computers and two different card readers, all the same result. I put the card back in the camera and the pictures are there when I review them.
Any suggestions?

Not much information here.

Is the camera new or old?
Have you used before with no issues?
Have you downloaded before?
What sofware are you using, or just reading the card through an explorer?

Connect the camera to your computer and try to download.
I know it's not a solution but as a work around it could help.

Perhaps your card is in the locked position.

+1, you might have assigned the SD card as primary.
