Except for the fact that these were actually taken with an M9 and not with the M240...read the exif infor and also see the relevant discussion in RFF...
Those marked as M9 look very much like an M9 to me. Those marked as Typ 240 have better highlights. But as someone mentioned elsewhere, the images are from the last summer when the firmware was in its infancy.
You can tell which are the M240 images based on the piece of dust near the center of the frame. From a technical standpoint, such as the girls in white dresses sequence, I think the files look fine. Nothing, I think, to worry about.
And the comment from the Leica internet team: "I am sure that youŽll be able to see the first technical tests from independant testers pretty soon.

I stopped by Leica USA on Tuesday to pick up 2 cleaned and lubed Summicron R lenses. They indicated that they had no idea as to the release date at this point.
