After selling low cost photography to budget brides and grooms (amidst mostly complaints judging from review sources), after losing one of their own founders wanting to separate himself from the sinking ship, after trying to sell luxury at a discount by bringing in the "Denis Reggie Experience," after turning off the wedding industry by dispensing terrible wedding planning advice very publicly on the Today Show, after being sold to CPI (photo studio operators for SEARS and Walmart) in 2011... Bella Pictures was finally sold this past December to The Pros. For all of $60,000.
