Maybe I miss the point

but why is this posted?
For the weight loss? a before and after pic would be great then.
For the picture? This is a pro wedding forum, this picture is not pro for the least.

Looks more like a little motion blur to me.

And I wonder if most non-pros looking at that shot would even notice this "out of focus" that you mention.
