In December we had about a week of hoar frost. A few days it was quite spectacular. Of course, Murphy's Law, I was busy with client shoots but managed to get a few photos in.
I drove passed a house where they had this old car as a lawn ornament. Made for a nice photo on my way back from photographing a favourite old house of mine.
Scott your're really make the most of winter, really enjoy viewing your posts...I'm quite envious (I think - we just had 100 degrees here yesterday!)
cheers Andrew
You got two very cool shots here. I like them both. But by your title I was thinking that now along with your frozen feet that your car wouldn't start, and I was thinking you should move to Southern California where we don't freeze quite so often...
Don't drive that gorgeous car! It should be just sitting there to look at.
Lovely.
I feel rather warmth in the second photo with all that cottony snowed small bushes supporting the house.
Beautiful.

Wow! Those are gorgeous. Particularly loved #2.
Here in upstate NY things are not quite so upscale... the front yard furniture is usually an old ringer washer (with lots of other appliances of similar vintage), and there's almost always a nasty cur chained up to it <grin>

2 is very nice. Super composition and processing. Thanks for sharing. Scott

Nice stuff, Scott.
I agree that the second is really a classy image.
In #1, nifty old car... really old, i.e. 4-door with four suicide doors.
Back to the 1930s? Or 1920s?
