Another image I felt was worth sharing form the May 2011 visit to Death Valley.....it was freezing cold up high here in Death Valley (5,475ft or 1,669m), we were jumping in and out of the car between snow falls and the rain, and clouds were so low you really felt hemmed it...it was great!
Remarkable view, Andrew, isn't this place just incredible? I was there early December and I was fortunate that the weather was just fine, not too cold or window at the top. I really like contrast you've created between the darken foreground and the distant salt pan. This one has a distinct fine art look to it. Congratulations, it's a great image.
