Excellent work. I really like the way you've composed this with the arrangement of foreground rocks and the breakwater. The long shutter speed makes for a nice simple image.

Yeah I am happy with how it worked out. I originally went into it with a 35mm lens but the rock wall and light in the background just lost its presence and it did not work. By the time I moved and re-setup the tripod on the rocks, the light was really low and that was a 2 min exposure.

Hi Brent,
From memory it was a 50mm Summilux ASPH, 120secs, f8/f11 and I cant remember if I had 3 stop ND on as well. I had the ND on when the light was better, but it dropped off quite fast so thats why the exposure time was 120sec.

You should post more often. You have a great sense of direction and composition. The combination of the foreground and the lighthouse in the background is just perfect and the mid ground water helps in the eye movement which is great.
