Edit To Original Post:
I had originally asked, "If anyone can explain why the red went brownish, I'd appreciate it. Looks very red in Windows Live Photogallery. Photobucket took all the zing out of it." It turns out the color space selection in PS affects how Photobucket interprets the color. I saved new versions of the images using sRGB and the color now looks as expected. Images have been replaced with the sRGB versions.
These both look good to me You have nice sharpness where it's needed in both ~ Ron
Well Ron, the tube do tend to work better between the camera and the lens, otherwise they would just be a clumsy lens hood. I realized my grammatical faux pas after posting, but was too lazy to fix. Thanks for stopping in for a look.

Nice shots, Ken. Although some say you should post in sRGB, I really don't notice any difference when I post in Adobe RGB.
You could improve things by using a Mac and uploading directly to FM.

Thank you Tony! I've looked at the Macs but cannot handle the expense of buying a whole bunch more SW. The only Mac I'll be getting for the next while will be well mixed with cheese.
