I had Christmas Eve off but stuck working off-and-on throughout most of Christmas Day.
Love this ****ing job.

It's 2 a.m right now. Trying to motivate myself to keep going for a little bit more time this evening.

Photo editing. Trying to meet deadlines.

Well, it's 4 a.m. now. I can't stand to look at anymore ****ing bridesmaids portraits. Time to call it a night on the editing.

I just wish our pay was according to the aggravation the job caused us.

With all due respect, one of the things I love most about this job is that I can set my own deadlines, work schedule and pay... which all assures that I never have to work on Christmas.

Working on Christmas definitely must suck...but like others said, you control everything about your business. You control your pay, when you work, when deadlines are and who you work for. It sounds like your clients are controlling you and you are letting it happen
