Last of this little series.
Not special as photographs- but the series has been about a commercial activity almost half-way around the world.
My main photographic interest is mostly documentary anyhow .

I squeezed out as much detail in the facial shadows as I could.
Look at my three other posts taken at these salt flats- one of them (#2) has some sunlight on a man's face.
The problem is the light was very harsh, and our tour bus stopped with the workers between us and the sun. That kind of back-light is very difficult for candid shooting- but it's what existed.
Of course- I could also say that such menial labor crushes the human spirit and turns the workers into unidentifiable entities, and that was the feeling I was trying to depict.
It wouldn't be what I was trying to do- but it might hold up in court , (If the jury was made up of pretend poets.)
