Nice use of the shutter speed with the sparks. Looks like it needs some more light up by the welders mask as it is tough to make out. If you want to keep the dark theme, maybe some rimlighting would give you some detail to the mask but keep the mood...
Thanks for the comments! Dave, the rim lighting is a good idea. Boyd, there are so many possibilities with welding and with metal grinding ... both are fun to shhot.
