I lost the knob of Benro tripod head BH00 during travel (A travel flat tripod turned out to be totally useless the whole trip.)

I contact Benro and got no reply yet so I wonder if anyone has idea\experience replace those 'Single One-Touch Adjustment Knob'

Try phoning the "MAC Group" and asking for customer service?
They're the US importer for Benro and a bunch of other brands.
They're in North White Plains NY.
