Not bad! Lovely detail for 3200 ISO.. Is that frost on its belly and parts of its wings or an artifact of post processing.

It is frost. water freezes quickly when the eagles come out of the water but the feathers are so well insulating that it doesn't bother them

It's nice to see the fill light on the underside that the snow offers. Almost feels as if it was about to snow, I like the feel and drama in the dark BG and the light Ari.

The reflection off the snow really lights the underside very nicely... frost looks cool and I like the BG too.
