Simon came all the way from the UK to see Zion and I felt obligated to cater to his photographic whims, so I let him talk me into standing on that cursed bridge for the iconic Watchman shot
His suggestion to do it by moonlight was a good one, it actually felt safer than standing three deep on the bridge with cars buzzing by in the evening, and I think makes for an interesting way of seeing such an iconic landmark
Lovely - good ploy by Simon it seems! ;-) As an aside, can I ask how you're finding the 800 with long exposures - are you having to use LENR for anything over a certain length of time? I know I saw Jim say he's not having problems with white dots but I definitely got them with a 5 min exposure the other night, that was without LENR on.
