Not the YN468 II, but I have the YN-560 II. I just used it a couple of weekends ago when I forgot my 580EX II.
It worked great. Though I'm comfortable with non-TTL and full manual. Quite impressed with it actually.

Yes, but the 560 has more power than the 468. I am wondering if the 468 has enough power though.

it has enough power for most flash situations and the 468 has ETTL

yes, if you have only one flash make sure it's ETTL

Any suggestions for my t2i? Mostly outdoor Photography occasional indoor. but not looking to spend alot like the cannon speedlights.

I'd suggest the same flashes I am trying to decide upon, the 468 II for around $80 or the 565 (copy of the canon 580) for $160.

The YN-565 is a great flash. They also have a one year warranty (I did have one go bad on me, but it was easy to get a replacement). You can pick one up on Amazon for $140 -
