I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I have tried to search and can not find an answer.
I listed an item in the Buy and Sell. The buyer and I communicated through PM's, no posts to the topic. I marked the item as "sold" once I received payment. He recieved the item and sent me a PM wanting to rate my service. I think we are both new to this so I am unsure how he can rate it.

He needs to leave you a post under the item in the Buy and Sell, then the rate button will show up for each of you. It doesn't matter what the post says, but that's the only way for the forum to know that there was a relationship between you two on that item, thus reason for feedback.
