Fluked a fly in flight yesterday - heavy crop at 1000 ISO, so happy to get anything out of it.

D7000 +1.7TC 1/1000 f11 1000 ISO

Nice composition. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I got lucky and caught this meteorite in a frame while photographing the moon a few weeks ago.

this is of course caught with the "dodgy" D7K focus module that is used on the D600.

Obviously Alan hasnt been reading the reports of how bad it is
