Lightroom 4 now has a book module that allows you to create albums and upload them to various book vendors such a Blurb. Asukabook also produces a standalone software called Asukabook Maker II, which is free and really quite good although it doesn't work with PSD or DNG files. Asukabook isn't cheap, but I've found their customer service to be very good. There are also a number of plugins produced for Lightroom designed for uiploading files to various album makers, but I can't give you much feedback on those.
