p.1 #1 · I'm looking for a 10mm non fisheye DX lens.
The Nikon 10 MM fisheye isn't bad and can be corrected but for the few pictures I expect to use it for it's to expensive. Does anybody know of a decent 10mm rectilinear lens? I assume at 10mm a manual focus lens
should be easy enough to use with these old eyes.
Inexpensive is important so even a used lens would be fine.
The widest I have now is my 17-55.
Thanks

The old manual focus lenses are all "FF" lenses and you are not going to find an FF 10mm rectilinear lens. Your best option is to look at one of the APS-C Zooms.

I am a die hard D2x user and see no foreseeable reason to update. It makes money for me period. That being said, I too needed a lens as this and took to doing some cost vs. features and what was the best band for the buck..
My final results were the Rokinon 8mm
It's a manual focus unit. Easily correctable distortion if needed and it lists out around $275.00.
I bought it, use it, like it, and it's a great addition to the kit here.
