Hey Everyone,
I am trying to plan a trip to Iceland sometime next year and wanted to get some opinions from the people here that have gone recently. Also, for my trip to Banff, Alberta in September I downloaded the Darwin Wiggett e-books for the parks. Does anyone know if someone has created something similar to his books for Iceland? I would be interested in possible links.
I have been looking into doing a trip to Iceland in then near future as well. A couple years ago, I came across the following website that a couple documented their trip to Iceland. It was a good web site and they have now updated it and are selling an ebook and map. Be sure to click each pano to go into that day's journey and photos.
Here are some other sites regarding Iceland that I have been looking at. I am still debating whether to make the trip on my own or do an organized workshop.
Thank you for the links, there are more than helpful. Those maps are extremely helpful too. I am looking to make my trip a 2 week or so excursion like my Banff trip so I have plenty of time to travel the entire island and not feel rushed at any point.
