1. Needs some punch or pop. Slight tilt. The reflection and door are nice. The door has a nice texture that I might have utilized more instead of the weird brick.
2. Nice lighting and tones. Very inviting feeling to this photo. Maybe wouldn't have her hands disappear into her dress but then again, they are in a natural position.
3. Fantastic. Nice bold colors and good separation of your subject. Great expression.
4. Looks like she is saluting. Awkward crop/composition. Hair is a little too disorganized.
