p.1 #1 · The Corner

Well, that would be me squeezing myself into the corner to get this shot at 8mm with a 1.5 crop camera.
Straight ahead is a garden with too many people in too harsh light but I found something interesting for my next post.....
Thanks for looking. Comments are always welcome.

not sure what to think of the tilted floors, maybe the camera was held high at an angle and the perspective adjusted, leaving the floors cantered? Otherwise very interesting and great toning, especially with the highlight on the left side

Thank you Joe. I did stand on a stone bench and made myself as tall as possible.
There was very minor perspective correction involved. I guess shooting a floor like this
at 8mm is asking for trouble to the very keen eye.

This is beautiful, Chris.
Two possibilities for improvement:
1- clone out what looks like a shoe and knee on the left.
2- Crop the bottom a bit to eliminate some of the more apparent distortion.
Just minor nits, though.

Thanks a lot Charlie. I left the shoe and knee in the shot for my own viewing pleasure.
It belongs to the local beggar, I think.
