Hey guys! I have been viewing FM for probably about a year now, but have never posted any of my own threads. Thought I would give it a shot! I love photography and this site has been a great place to read through and get inspired by other photography lovers!
Please feel free to comment and make suggestions! This was my first car shoot ( and first paid shoot ever!) I would love advice and ideas to help get better over time!
For this shoot I used my Canon T3i and Canon 10-22 usm.
Backgrounds can often make or break a shot. 1-9 are great to me personally. 14, 16, and 21 are tossers due to the freight container and also the branches that seem to almost be close enough to scratch the car. Not sure if the dual car shots work or not. 7 is my overall favorite of the bunch. All shots are sharp where they need to be and blurred in good style as well.
Also take into account this is just my opinion based on my taste. If the customer want a specific shot, and is paying, more power to what they want

The shots with the freight container were at the request of the clients. They wanted something that looked old and industrial and asked if they could get their cars shot in front of it. I appreciate your opinion because it will help for future shoots!
Also the dual shots are because they are a part of a group, they want to do a larger set in the future with 7-8 cars. This was more of a first shoot to help them get a feel for what things would turn out like.
I want to learn more about how to use reflectors and flashes for different styles but have no experience with either really.
