I am looking for an I Pad app. Where, I can do my accounts. I like to know if anyone using any of the apps and how they suit to photography work. Something simple will be ok.

I think you are talking about two different things. Accounting generally refers to tax accounting, but you also talk about estimates, invoicing and delivery.
If you want to do the latter, Quicksale is a great app to create estimates, invoices, and accept payments and then immediately email them over.
For the former, I wouldn't anticipate being even remotely productive using an iPad for managing your tax accounting of your business.
Agree with Spencer, using an ipad as a spreadsheet is a stupid idea, you need a keyboard and a mouse to be productive, it'll take you 5 times longer to use a tablet.
The cake is a lie, there isn't ALWAYS an app for that.
