p.1 #1 · New Monitor Help

I am looking to get a new monitor and think I have it narrowed down to a choice between 3 fo them. Would appreciate any input people may have.

I currently use a Dell 2408 and like it but want something a little bigger, will use the 2408 as a 2nd monitor. Here are the 3 I am considering:

Dell U2713HM - LED
Dell U2711 - LCD
NEC PA271W - LCD

Any comments about these would be greatly appreciated. Also any other 27" monitors to consider? The NEC is at the top of my price range.

I will use this monitor to edit pictures for web and print and as a general purpose monitor as well.

I went from a hi res Macbook pro 17"(1200 on the short side) to the NEC PA271. The color and contrast are way more accurate than the laptop is, although the laptop was adequate to see sharpness and detail. I got the "SV" option(more $$$) that has an extremely easy to use automatic calibrating device that is nice.
Supposedly EIZO monitors are "better", but the NEC was at my absolute top floor in price.
