Quite common knowledge, RRS lever release clamps accept as previously stated RRS, Wimberley and Kirk plates. Difference come from dovetail plate lower level/side high, RRS/Wimberley plates has bit higher welt, all other ends more sharply.
From 20-30 QR plates/brackets I have used (Arca-Swiss; Photoclam; FLM; Sirui, no-name) only 2 fit securely to BH-55 (AS-II lever clamp) all other will slide out freely
Some level clamps however are adjustable (Markins; Photoclam) but it is better practice to avoid using mixed US/all other plates
And of course screw clamps are working with both type "standard arca-swiss compatible" plates
