p.1 #1 · D3 write failure

Hi,

I have a problem with my body.
In the middle of a photo session couldn�t complete the write on the card.
Last photos appeared to be corrupted. Subsequently, I couldn�t write only 1-2 files, and now will not write on the card.
Control display remain lit, but no error on them.
I have tried to format the cards, including low level format, but no luck.

The cards are SanDisk, from different generations:
- 1x SanDisk Extreme IV, 4 GB
- 1x SanDisk Extreme III, 16 GB
- 1x SanDisk Extreme Pro 90mb/s, 16 GB

Is a known problem, any idea I might do?

i think you have little choice but to let nikon have a look. my D3 while i had it performed outstandingly.

For the moment, I hesitate to sent it to Nikon.
I still hope to be something I can solve myself.

look if there is some bent or broken pin. If you tried it with different cards it seems weird. Write the last firmware again. Format the card on the PC and try again.
