Aluminium, I presume. Even so, the total lack of any colour in the background is surprising.

Very nice, love the composition, nicely balanced. And the BG is nicely diffuse and contrasting.

Yes, they do 'come out', the beauty of nature, but you also enable them by knowing what you are doing.

A beautifully crafted shot. Depending on one's personal taste, I would add a bit more "punch" to certain areas of the shot, but this is just splitting dew drops. An enviably fine job.
