I like this a lot. I tend to lean more towards how the subject is captured as opposed to the subject. Well cropped, lots going on with the symetrical doors and the stairs on the side.
My first iteration was 5x4 but after playing a bit i felt the square corp was better - tighter and more focused. I was going for a more gritty "look" reminiscent of the housing estates from back home in the UK, but they don't really exist here, so i took a little artistic license with toning and grain addition to get the effect. In reality the place was built 3 years ago and is really nice...
