I'd have attempted a little wider with the hub of the flywheel at least partially visible. You did get the motion, but I wonder if it may have been more pronounced at one shutterspeed faster.

That's the problem with a solid wheel as opposed to a spoked wheel. No light breaks through to show a blur or the scene behind it. I am guessing by the 9/16 bolts that this wasn't a steam driven machine, my favourites.
