The last one is actually a different shot and also processed with Topaz Adjust Dark something or other.

Maybe a crop in the middle of the last two. A little lift to the shadows and pull down the brightness of the view on the other side of the bridges.

I agree with Kent and like the reworks. Of the two reworks, I might take a bit more off the bottom of the first one.
