Do you mail or have your clients pick up their discs of wedding
images ? I used to have them pickup all the time, but in the past 6 months
I just started mailing them out. it just seems so .........distant......no personal
contact with a client, keeping that connection alive.........it's almost like
once the wedding is over and the discs are delivered, the rest is just waiting
for the album order form to arrive, producing the album and then seeing them
again to pickup the album and that's it.
We mail everything - our clients are busy and so are we. Now we have digital downloads so they don't even have to wait for the package. Depends on your value proposition, if it is about relationship and connection you might not want to send things, if it is about efficiency or something else it might be a benefit.
