I realize it's early to be thinking about it, but Southwest Vacations is running some pretty good deals right now for air/hotel packages to Las Vegas and MGM resorts. For example, I'm looking at a Sunday-Thursday stay at the MGM Signature with round trip airfare for two from Denver for $730 (MGM Grand and NYNY are slightly less). Also, you get a $75 food & beverage credit. Travel from the east coast is likely higher, but still a good deal.
