The decider for me will be the usability of the video viewfinder - can I live with it over and optical finder.
The new zoom looks just right in coverage and size, especially when it can be replaced with either a very fast prime (the coming 23/1.4) or a pancake (27 f2.8).
I'm also intrigued about what the usability will be like for my longer leica lenses - 90/2.8 and 135/4.

What's so different between this and the xpro1? I have a pro1 but with all the new lenses coming out, I'm thinking of getting another or this and make Fuji one of my main systems for work.

Before the firmware announcement for the X pro 1, quite a bit, now that there is the firmware update, not so much. But it is smaller and lighter (X100 size) which, for me is a big improvement - the X Pro 1 is just too large - I already have a 5D11.
The new smallish, fastish zoom also makes a big difference, as does the prospect of a pancake lens.
Let's see if the firmware update on the X pro 1 is as effective as whatever installed in the new camera.

Cool, so not taking photographs where there's leaves? Creativity is limitations so I guess Fuji can make you a better photographer.
Do you get off on being a hostile teenager?
I've seen the foliage shots that were shown here, and quite frankly the oddity is only noticeable at 100% - so pixel peeping. I mostly take shots of people in context, which could include leaves, but I wont be looking closely at foliage in the distance that will probably be out of focus anyway. As I said it's a landscape issue.

Fuji has some neat ideas (hybrid viewfinder) and more competition is good. It's too bad they used such an awful layout for the color filters on the sensor though. They like to be different just for the sake of marketing, and it's not always a good thing. Unfortunately these cameras are just an overpriced nex-5 with mushy color resolution at this point. There's no requirement that they stick with the weird sensor for future products though, so the system could develop to be pretty nice.
