I will shoot an engagement session in Monte Carlo and a wedding creative session in Cannes.

Don't know about Monte Carlo, but Cannes is just awesome. Didn't have any photoshoot there, but last year I was on a yacht cruise there, and fell in love. We spend a night on a mountain just over the marina, the views are just amazing. Small narrow streets, sea, and happy people Have to say I wasn't expecting that- I was preatty sure that Cannes is overrated. But this city has a potential (photographicly speaking
What I'd recommend is to scout location first- as in every city you can end up in not very friendly environment.
