I would want it more in focus; the objects (?) that run under it and at the bottom left distract.
maybe more contrast, and (still reading?) the plain grey is more than simple - it adds nothing to the image.

Thanks for the Critique, I was trying to not have the leaf under the drop in focus so that most of the attention would be on the drop, by simple I was trying for just empty space with one point of focus (The drop).
I think I will try a reshoot tomorrow and play with DOF to see what the best result would be.
I think that because of the tonal difference between the drop and the gray of the leaf, plus the white reflection in the drop, it will stand out plenty even with the leaf in focus. In fact, the leaf would have some cell-like structure visible when in focus (...you can see it there now...) and the smooth glassy texture will be a contrast against that. Go for greater DoF.
