I realize that I should replace the black ink and reprint the test target, BUT from what I see it appears that my D7000 and 17-55 f/2.8 is still back focusing, even after fine adjusting the AF to -20. I am going to contact Nikon to see what they say about recallibrating it at the factory.
My understanding of adjusting the focus is that it has to do with both the body and the lens so I presume I might have to send them in together. Is that correct? doesn't the focus seem off to an unacceptable level?

My first response was I only have the 17-55 and then I realized I could test the kit lens from my D50. The cheap 18-55 variable aperture shows the same results. It is sharper at - 20 but seems like it is still back focused.
