I should have said: definitely looks like grey market. Also, reading around, looks like CPS will not honor the warranty and you'd have to pay repairs without the discount as well.
I'm definitely looking and thinking about picking one up here. I'm also deciding between buying a 5DII Kit w/24-105 + grip or 5DIII. I ran across the ebay auction while googling.

10 negative comments in a month, but nearly 1,300 positive feedbacks in the same period. So, I wouldn't worry much about them for the feedback issues. But not saying that I would buy their grey market products though.
