I visited her in November- many years ago.
This was the trip where I shot the other Vermont pics. The lady showed me around parts of that beautiful state.

but, I lamented much of the new construction since I still love to see the old farmhouses that I identify with Vermont
still, some beautiful contemporaries and this looks like a nice one to visit
Scott, thanks; I know how you feel about older, classic structures- and newer ones. I'm much the same way. As long as newer buildings are nowhere near classic ones- I'm okay though.
Suburban tract homes in the American west don't bother me, but that huge carnival-ride thing across the Thames River from Britain's Parliament Buildings and Big Ben really bugs me.

Reminds me of our honeymoon, though we did not dawdle in Vermont, as Maine' coast was our major geographic goal. I must say, I wish I had a friend in Vermont!

I too wish I had a friend there. The lady and I lost contact somewhere between Vermont and Oregon .
