I used to have GF1 and it has this option, I tried to look on OMD and seems it does not have one, can anyone confirm this? or might be I over look on all Fn buttons.

In the menu, go to:

Gears -> D -> Displayed Grid. Choose what type of grid you want in the viewfinder.
