Inside there is a sensor cleaner that can be set for on & off. But if your camera is upside down; it's a sensor dirtier. (it actually shakes off dust from the low pass filter - glass in front of sensor)

Not yet, use a bulb blower if it gets dusty...and try not to touch it.
Sensor auto clean is best done holding the body firmly (on flat surface) for most effective results.
