Hi, I have been trying to search but I could not find any help.

I use OS X mountain lion and Aperture 3 (3.3.2) with the latest RAW support (3.14). However, my aperture cannot open/recognize the raw file from my new d3200.

I googled this and found that d3200 raw is supported by the earlier raw support (3.13). I tried to download that but I could not because my computer already has a newer version (3.14).

In OSX, RAW support is built into the OS, rather than just into applications. Try opening a RAW file into Preview. If that works, then you might need to re-install Aperture.

Thanks Lovesong. I tried it, Finder shows the small picture (thumbnail). But when I double-click it, Preview does not recognize the file.

I guess I will use jpg for a while.
