Threw these out since MS Photo is going to be doing some of this in the near future. At the time I was shooting my 1ds2 and 17-40 around 4.0 to 5.6 with Servo mode on to get the best shots. Now I use my MF zeiss 50. Working on my pilots license so I can do more of this.

p.1 #8 · San Juans and Olympic National Park Aerials
Thanks again everyone...the island on the left is San Juan Island with all the boats at Roche Harbor visible. The island on the middle right is Spieden Island, owned by the founder of Oakley and is populated by an odd mix of wild game. The story is the an earlier owner wanted to turn it into a wild game preserve with hunting. Its weird flying over it and seeing groups of gazelle running across the grass.
Background is Vancouver Island. Fly a bit west of San Juan and you start getting International roaming messages on your cellphone.
