A shot from the San Juan Bautista State Historic Park, next to the Mission San Juan Bautista. This contraption was a tire-shrinking device for the old buggies and wagons. C&C appreciated, and highly encouraged.
neat shot. reminds me that I should return to that site and shoot again. both it and the mission are good shooting spots.
you might post horizontal images at 900 pixels, vertical at 850; these fill the page nicely.

Thank you everyone for the comments. I played with more contrast, but ended up massacring the blacks :S. I could definitely work on the whites some more, notably on the focal point with the knob on the right. I will also edit the original post with a larger copy of the image, I have no idea why I posted the small resolution one
