p.1 #1 · front row seat (selective color warning)

Taken yesterday in the west Panama City Beach, FL. area. I almost never use selective color, but I thought it fit for this images. Thoughts?

It is quite ok with me. It almost looks like it could be color period, seen plenty of gray skies and lifeless looking shores.

I agree with Douglas. It works fine for me- even though I normally don't like selective color because it's usually just a gimmick. Here it seems to fit because the colors are themselves muted.
And it's an image that I quite like.
