When I approach strangers and ask to photograph them, I try to get authentic expressions - not a "say cheese" smile. But some women think that they look prettier smiling, and that's what they are going to do. Period. End of discussion.

She has an engaging smile, and this is a flattering shot in my opinion.
IF (that's IF) I was forced to make a crit, it would be that I'd like both eyes as sharp as her right eye. That's just nit-picking, however, as far as my perceptions go.
Thank you, T-bone. I usually shoot at ~f2-2.8 Unfortunately, when someone turns their head quickly getting the eyes in different planes, I don't make the adjustment.
