Traditional Mongolians are nomadic herders, moving up to four times a year depending on where the grazing is best. Though many are lured to the modern conveniences of Ulaanbaatar, venturing into the countryside not only exposes you to some of the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen, but you get to experience the amazing nomadic way of life.

Dorian, that's a yak. Some people breed the yak with a cow, producing a much larger animal (beast). It's amazing that every posted photo is of an animal that nomads depend on.
