I just tried the D800 survey. It was so poorly designed that I stopped after about 15 minutes. Screens with more than a dozen questions were brought up more than once (sometimes three times). Wording was very poor in some places. A sequence of three screens was repeated. After 15 minutes, I was 16% into the survey and gave up. I replied to the email that asked for me to do the survey, letting them know the problems that I had... It's annoying that they ask you for your time to help them, and then they waste your time. I love their products, but this was lame.

This survey took about 1 hour as the survey itself did nit go through quality control. More bugs then the D800. I finished the survey and was pretty hard on them mainly because the survey itself was a real pain in the but to complete.

They asked a number of questions about why you purchased the d800 and made you rate the different areas such as focus, IQ, menus etc. They then asked the same questions but wanted you to rate the camera now that you own it. There were places to add your own issues or concerns or things you would like to see. I myself comebted on the lack of small raw and the left docus issues.
