Got home from work today to a nice shiny box of toys

Didn't have time to get outside so here's some kitty shots LMAO

First ISO 800

Second ISO 1600

NO PROCESSING other than downsize for web with a bare minimum of sharpening

Hope to get out in the next two days and shoot the

1Dx with my new EF 600 IS f/4 II

ISO 1600 is unfreaken real clean

IMPRESSIVE Canon

Hope to get you something a little better than pussyc's to look at soon

Leaving for Alaska SIlver Creek Salmon Lodge in a few weeks for 5 days of Coastal Brown Bears so the new Lens, 1Dx, and 1.4x III, 2x III will be put through the test SOOOOOOON!!!

? Interested in hearing whether the decreased reach is a detriment....for that much coin I hope not!
If your pussy is not too busy can you go to iso 3200...that's where I would love to shoot and not worry about noise.
